Rental Rates

Basic Rental Rates

  • Theatre: (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.) - $5,500.00 vs. 12.5% of the gross (greater thereof) capped at $7,500.00.
    • Multiple rental discounts available
  • Lobby: (4 hours maximum) - $1,000.00 flat
    • Insurance - Indemnity section applies
  • Multi-Purpose Room: (4 hours maximum) - $500.00 flat
    • Insurance – Indemnity section applies

Additional Facility Use

  • Use of facilities shall be confined to the limits specified in the lease.
  • An early move-in or late move-out will require an additional hourly charge.
  • Rehearsal: (If available & subject to cancellation by PAH)
    • Other than Day Of Performance​ (8 Theatre hours) - $1,500.00
    • Additional Rent: per hour after 1:00 a.m. - $ 200.00

Additional charges will be made for air-conditioning during rehearsals and move-in or move-out days.

Personnel Charges (per performance)

  • Box Office Service - $ 1,000.00 cap
  • Cancellation - $1.00 per ticket sold
  • Crew Charges - Contact for more information
  • FOH Staff Services (includes ticket takers, door guards, ushers) - $ 1,000.00
  • *Security Guards (minimum 4-hour shift) - 25.00 per hour
  • Custodial Charge - $ 1,500.00
  • Technical Director - $ 300.00
  • ASCAP/BMI - Determined by prevailing rates
  • For events held on a holiday, all staff rates will be increased by 50%.

*Security to be determined by General Manager one (1) week prior to event based on conditions, attendance and nature of event.

Cost Pass-Throughs (Other Miscellaneous Charges)

  • Ticket Printing Charge - $0.45 per B/O ticket issued
  • Credit Card Commission on Box Office Sales - 4.5% (of Credit Card sales)
  • Commissions on Group Sales by Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall - 10% (of all group sales)
  • Backstage Phone/Internet Hookup - $100.00

Equipment Rental (per performance)

  • Sound System (including 1 microphone & soundboard) - $300.00
  • Lighting System - $300.00
  • Super Trouper Followspots - $150.00/each
  • Piano (9’ Grand) - $600.00
  • Orchestra Shell - $500.00
  • Risers - $5.00/each per day
  • Concession Stand Closing/No Intermission - $500.00
  • Piano Tuning - $125.00/per tuning
