Accessibility Information

The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall at FSW is dedicated to making everyone’s visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The Theatre is located on the Florida SouthWestern State College Campus and is fully accessible from either the east or west entrances to the lobby. Please notify the Box Office in advance of any physical limitations that restrict seating assignments. First floor restrooms and water fountain are fully accessible. Ushers are available to assist patrons. Please ask for assistance at the Patron Services podium in the Lobby.

The Theatre also has a drop-off area located under the porte-cochere at the east side of the building.

Assistive Listening Devices and Child Booster Seats

Assistive Listening Devices and Child Booster Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The Assistive Listening Devices are at the Usher Station located in the Lobby under the Grand Staircase. There is no charge; however, a driver’s license is required as a deposit. The Child Booster Seats are located in the back of the Theatre on all three levels. There is no charge and no deposit is required.

Sign Interpretation

Sign Interpretation is available for Saturday 2 PM performances of the Broadway Series, and upon request for other presentations. For details, please call the Box Office at 239-481-4849.

Purchasing Tickets Online

Handicapped accessible seating is not available for sale through the BBMann website. To purchase accessible seating or to obtain further assistance, please call 239-481-4849.

Elevators

There are two elevators located in the Lobby, one on the east side, the other located on the west side, and provides access to the Mezzanine Balconies.

ATM

For the convenience of our patrons, an ATM is available in the Lobby adjacent to the west concession.

Ticket Purchase Age

To ensure the enjoyment of all patrons, children under the age of six are not permitted to attend performances unless it is designated as a family show. Please call the Box Office at (239) 481-4849 to see which shows are appropriate for younger children. All persons regardless of age are required to have a ticket for family shows.
