At the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall our volunteers are the true face of our building. From Ticket Takers, Greeters and Ushers; our Volunteers serve the most vital role at the Hall and that is to create a lasting and memorable experience for each and every patron who enters our doors. Our Volunteers act as ambassadors for our theater and the pride they have in their work enhances the quality of entertainment and service that the Hall provides.
General Requirements
To be a volunteer at the Hall we are looking for individuals who have an interest and passion for the performing arts, an enthusiasm to serve all patrons of the Hall with a high level of customer service, knowledge and respect. Our Volunteers are professional at all times with their appearance and their attitude. Volunteers may be given several tasks and it is imperative that each assignment is completed following the training and skills given to them through workshops and training sessions held at the Hall.
It is the individual's willingness to serve that makes the Volunteer Program successful. By accepting a position as a Volunteer at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall you are accepting to follow the rules and procedures set forth by the Hall and agreeing to fulfill the requirements of our Volunteer Program.
