Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes we do in any dollar amount starting with $25
Q. Is there a charge for parking?
A. No, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall is located on the Edison State College Campus, parking is plentiful and free.
Q. How early should I arrive before my performance?
A. The will call opens 90 minutes prior to show time. The theatre doors open for you to sit down 30 minutes prior to show time.
Q. What happens if I arrive late?
A. The ushers will seat you after any holds. Also, we have plasma screen TVs are located above the doors to the theatre so you won’t miss any of the show.
Q. What do I do if I lost my ticket?
A. Please call the box office in at 239-481-4849
Q. Does my child need a ticket?*
A. If your child is 11 months or younger they do not need a ticket but are required to sit on your lap. If your child has reached their first birthday they need a ticket to get into the theatre.

Q. What are your convenience fees?
A. Over the phone we charge $5.00 per ticket. On the internet we charge $6.00 per ticket and a $2.00 per order fee. If you place your order by mail there is a $5.00 per ticket fee. If you order tickets here in person at our box office window, there is no fee.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds or returns.

Q. I see a concert date for the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall listed on another website, but it's not on the www.bbmannpah.com. Does this mean the show is not coming to your theatre?
A. No, that’s not necessarily the case. It is common for a band or other event to list tour dates on their website before it is posted on ours. For the most current updates, just sign up for our free Email Club to receive notice of shows that are coming to the theatre.
Q. Where can I go to eat before of after the show?
A. We have a number of restaurant partners, two of them are: the University Grill, located on the corner of Summerlin and Cypress Lake Drive and Carrabba's Italian Grille, located on US 41, across from The Bell Tower.
Q. Do you offer any additional memberships for events and shows at the theater?
A. You can become a President’s Club Member and be guaranteed notice of shows to purchase tickets before the general public, reserved parking and other special benefits.
